Pizza Face er.....GK logs RPN Banish! Blemish Soap
First of I want to thank dsade for the opportunity to try out this product.
BANISH
Write-Up
How many statues of greek gods do you see covered in pimples and blemishes? None. The aesthetic ideal is one of perfection of form, perfection of texture - perfection of appearance and appeal. Blemishes, by their very name, imply imperfection...a blight on our hard work in the gym.
Now following an impressive trend set by Java Lather and the rest of the skincare line, and responding to overwhelming requests, RPN has developed Banish. Banish incorporates the most skin friendly, gentle soap blends with hard-hitting, acne fighting ingredients to keep your striated armor bright and clean.
The ingredients in Banish - including a brand new Emu Oil Soap formulation - hit the causes of acne from every angle. It's stimulating scent is a crisp and clean combination of Peppermint and Green Tea.
Directions:
Wash affected area daily using gentle scrubbing action directly with the bar.
Ingredients:
Olive Oil Soap, Shea Butter Soap, Goats Milk Soap, Oatmeal, EMU Oil Soap, L-Carnitine, Pantothenic Acid, PomeGrante Oil, Raspberry Ketones, Green Tea Extract, Apple Polyphenos, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Witch Hazel (astringent), Peppermint Extract.
And now...drumroll please...I present to you...PIZZA FACE!
Yeah dsade...you didn't know what you were getting yourself into poor guy.
Seriously though, this is the worst my acne has ever been. I'm not to pleased with it. I've always had some degree of acne, usually 1 on my goatee area and one or two on my cheeks. Now they're everywhere! (yes mad)
As someone who slaves away in the gym to have an ideal physique, I take this pretty seriously. As I'm walking up the first impression I make is my shape, "Hey he's lookin' good!", then I get a little closer and the REAL first impression happens..."Woah his face could be better though, do not want!"
I'm hoping that this product will help to diminish the irritation and bumps on my grill. In the immortal words of P-Diddy, "I don't want no bumps on my face."
If you're interested check back I'll post progress pics and reviews on the way.

First Impressions
Raphael: Adam & Eve Banished from Eden

Used Banish during my post-workout shower. Held the bar and rubbed gently directly to face. Then I went back and lathered up a bit with da' finga's. It lathered up quite nicely with a very silky texture that felt good. There were no recognizable odors of note. After the shower my face felt, well, good. Lately I've been using some Clearasil Benxoyl Peroxide wash and that stuff makes it feel like my face got raped to be perfectly blunt. Banish, not so much. So far I'm a fan, was soothing and my face has no sensation of oiliness. That's all for today!

Day 6 Review
Well, the results speak for themselves so far IMO. Less pimples, but most of all less irritation. Skin is much more consistent and less ANGRY!
I have freckles and moles so don't mistake them for blemishes btw. You can see there aren't the large red angry spots like the first pics.

Nice! Are you using any other products with the soap - toner, moisturizer, etc?

Nope! I was using some of my girlfriend's Proactiv solutions but they weren't really working for me anyway, so I stopped using them when I started using Banish.
I do use a little bit of Vaseline Men body and face lotion in the morning. I just lotion my hands, forearms, and elbows and whatever is left on my hands I use on my face. I can't stand dry elbows or tattoos.

Your face, in general, also looks a LOT less...shall I say, puffy?
I've been looking into some of the same ingredients to design an eyebag product (creme version) for the very same effect. Excellent so far!

Thanks!
Yeah I've been reading over at AM about all the stuff RPN has in the works right now and to say the least I am impressed with the innovation and drive. So far, this is the second RPN product I've used, and the second one that has completely exceeded my expectations.
For the record, are you the big cheese to which I can attribute "RPN mastermind" status?

I wouldn't go that far...but I do own the company and formulate the majority of the products.
I appreciate the compliments.
