Naturally flavored sparkling water-healthy or not?

Just recently discovered sparking water in the store-had never really paid attention to it. After looking at the bottle, it has zero calories, fat, sodium, carbs and sugar.

It seems like an ok alternative to drinking water all day. I drink plenty of water while at work but get bored with it.

Is there anything in this water that is unhealthy?

Ingredients listed in order: carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, potassium benzoate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium and potassium citrate.

You now... carbonation to increase GI transit rate & interfere with enyzme secretions, citric acid to erode your tooth enamel and lets not forget to mention the artificial sweeteners ... lol ... you asked ...

It's all about dose and duration. I'm sure normal consumption will be fine.

Well, it's not soda, which is a plus...but it's also not pure water. I don't see how some moderation would work against you, but it certainly would be better to continue drinking a substantial amount of pure H2O.
