The half cup of oatmeal should help with the metabolism...we can't go no/low carb for two long. now, this might change if your weight goes up/plateaus (but notice I said IF...not WHEN I got your back babe...just keep me updated with changes).
Also, re: the cookies/cheesecake...something I learned in my years as a bber.."Nothing tastes as good as having abs feels"...
But with that said, enjoy the next two days with your family Penney, and get ready to take it up a notch on the 26thContest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

Thanks David! You too! HoHoHo
That is true. This morning I had a sludge shake instead of eggs (ugh, I get so tired of eggs sometimes) so I didn't have any oatmeal. I had 3.5 oz of frozen strawberries in my shake. Should I still have the oatmeal regardless? The protein & fats the the shake is the same as the eggs/whites.
Ah, to have visible abs! I breezed through the journals of the ladies on Scivation's site and I tell you, I want my body to look like their's! I have naturally good musculature, so I can ever get lean I think I can have a rockin' bod ... unfortunately I have natural lotsa fat stores as well!
I didn't realize Isabel is Layne's wife! lol
Indeed I will, Ms Bunninator ... I plan on eating regular Christmas fare tomorrow. I'm sticking to the CHA today
Back atcha Tiff!~ Penney

If the macros in terms if proteins/fats/carbs are the same as the meals I laid out, then I say "Okee Dokee Smokee" on that one

I did not check the macros in the strawberries, but I am sure it's close. I'll see the macros. The oatmeal pretty much replaces any morning carbs (or at least I am ASSuming that, lol). I was thinking about having the oatmeal w/the sludge, but decided that would be too much carbs. I should probably have eggs every morning but ugh! sometimes I get so tired of them!

Oatmeal and sludge = kick ass! The more sludge you eat (if it's scivation whey), the more anabolic you become.

Merry Christmas, and Happy Chaunnakah to my Jewish friends!
I did a little cardio last night (30 minutes at 3.5 mph) and won't go to the gym today. Of course, the big gym is closed anyway, but the gym at work is always open. I will be at my sister's house for Christmas.
Rick and I opened gifts last night. I got a cool turkey roaster, a 12-hour carafe for coffee (I am a coffee fiend), some really nice Ralph Lauren cologne and a 2009 calandar w/quotes in Spanish (I am interested in Spanish). Hahhaah, in the calandar package he put a sticky note that gave me my first Spanish phrase -- About Christmas is "mucho dinero." I know what dinero means but I think alot of us English speaking people make a mistake with that phrase -- Sandra and Elsa, doesn't that mean "Very money???" lol
Anyway, he inserted a check for $250 in there Very nice of him. There is a pair of *** boots somewhere with my name on them
My eating was good yesterday until I got home. I left work early, worked out, and then took Rick out to eat at Texas Roadhouse for Christmas. I had salmon, mashed taters and a few veggies. I also had 2 root beers That was my cheat meal, right? When we got home we sat down and watched a movie on TV and had some wine. I proceeded to break into the Little Debbie's Nutty Bars (those things are EVIL!!!!) and ate 2 packages of them hehehe Oh well, it was Christas Eve.
Today I am eating much better. I had my CHA-friendly bfast (4 servings of egg whites w/2 eggs, along with 1/2 cup of oatmeal). It is going to be pretty much this kind of eating today. My sis is having turkey, which is a great lowfat protein source. I am packing my almonds!
Of course, I will allow myself a slice of pie. Ho Ho Ho!~ Penney

Glad you got some cheats in there Hun...it does the body good
P.s. I am buying a new comp tomorrow, and will try my best to get the program to you then. It'll be MY little gift to you (though it's not as cool as $250)Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403
