If you have large amounts of sodium in your diet, sodium will cause your body to retain water.
I believe the recommended daily amount its about 2500 mg for a healthy adult because it leads to blood pressure problems I think.
Do you eat alot of high sodium foods?
And if you are taking creatine, that is also a product that could make you look "bloated"
