    Eggs and testosterone

    I was only having 2 whole eggs a day until about 2 weeks ago I started eating two in the morning and two at night.. My test levels are definitely on the rise since that time, I'm always horny and I'm improving all my lifts in the gym.

    It's the fats in the egg that's increased my test levels right?

    Eggs have cholesterol, which looks very similar to T and in the body it is converted to T. It makes sense that T would increase with more available reactants (i.e. cholesterol)

    testosterone is indeed made from cholesterol, but it is highly regulated!
    the ONLY way that eating eggs is going to increase testosterone is if you are completely defficient in cholesterol in the first place...and since he was already eating eggs, one can assume that he was not!

    dont you think if simply eating more eggs increased ones testosterone, that nobody would need to use steroids?

    I ran my own study well not really. For the past 3 months I have eaten eggs everyday 3 or more. I've gotten tests done and yes my test levels have gone up significantly but my cholestrol is pretty high as well. Its true, with its high source of fat it helps provide test in your body. Im going to do almonds everyday and see what happens

    I was eating low fat for a while, then I started eating more eggs.
    ..cholesterol was probably low too. I ate oats everyday, 2-3x a day..

    I think it helped my testosterone get to where it should be. ...or it could all just be placebo. I don't care, as long as I keep believing in it :P

When their cholesterol consumption was above 5.7 mg/kg, muscle mass increased an average of 2.1 kg. Heavy cholesterol consumers experienced a strength increase of 86%.

    Muscle growth and strength gains are closely related to dietary cholesterol intake. Considering a large egg contains around 200 mg of cholesterol, a 220 lbs bodybuilder would need at least 3 whole eggs a day.

    bro name one bodybuilder who doesn't or never eats eggs all of them eat eggs. i agree with you it doesn't raise excessive testosterone only in moderation reason being the body cannot produce something that in the end will destroy you from the inside out but it does produce enough testosterone to build healthy muscle bypassing that could only lead to severe organ destruction that is why all natural bodybuilders don't grow too big and also stay alive longer to see their grand children lol. thing is the reason why the body cant handle steroids is due to the severe stress on the organs and the withdrawal process leaves adverse and non reversible impact. that is why most steroid users die at a time in their lives and for those who survived they stopped using them before the severe reaction from the body with steroids took place. secondly time - the reason people use steroids is due to the fact that it shows quick results unlike having it naturally where as to the body cannot produce the amount of testosterone as injected to show results . my advice stay strong naturally steroids will only give you results of the moments and suffering and death for the future nothing much.
