Chimp's Run With T-911 -LG Sciences

    Chimpinzo's T-911 LG Sciences Log

I have just received a great logging opportunity from LG Sciences to test their product. T-911, sublingual tablets with...
    Androsterone - Natural Anti-Aromatase
    Resveratrol 98% - Natural SERM
Ellagic Acid 90% - Natural SERM
Yohimbine HCL - Boosts Sex Drive and Intensity
    Cyclodextrin - Increases Solubility
Luteolin - Scavenges Sulfotransferase (enzyme that inactivates Resveratrol, Ellagic Acid and Androsterone)

Mainly known to me, Reservatrol, which I've been hearing great things about, its main problem being its bio availability, fixed by the Luteolin/cyclodextrin and sublingual delivery.

    LETS GET THIS LOG GOING!!!

    Background Info
    Here's for the goodies...
    Stats:
    Age - 19

    Ethnicity - 100% Chinese

    Height - 5'10.3

    Weight ~ 172
If anyone has followed my progress before they'd know how inconsistent my weight is, fluctuating up to 4-5lbs in a few days. I weigh myself daily after making sure my digestive tract is clear if you know what I mean. This is before any water consumption / eating. I feel that it shows your weight far more accurately than mid-day / night measurements.

With these daily measurements I am able to estimate my true weight, which I believe is about 172lbs flat as of now.

    Bodyfat - Unknown
I will receive a caliper test upon the start of this log and end if possible, but if you were to look at any of my progress pictures, you'd quickly realize my body stores no significant amounts of fat as I have bulked from about 140lbs to this weight directly with little fat gain. I hope to keep it the same during this log as I will be purely clean bulking, but I will be stepping up my calories even higher to try and maximize muscle gains.

    Bodytype - Ectomorph
This has been my lifelong problem as I have an EXTREMELY fast metabolism and have a LOT of trouble gaining weight. My natural weight (on a normal diet) I would estimate around 140lbs. I have pressed it up to 172lbs as of now, but want to eventually reach 180lbs @ a low %bf.

    30 Day Goals
Gain 2-3lbs by the end of the log
    Squats +20lbs
    Bench Press +20lbs
    Deadlifts +35lbs
(Weight increases are based on Bill Starr's 5x5 progress)

I have significant trouble gaining weight, but in all honesty I'd be extremely happy being 174-175lbs by the end of this log. (30 days)

Strength increase-wise... I have just started Bill Starr's 5x5 routine this week (just finished week 1) So will simply be trying to keep up with the routine as I have been at my squat plateau for over 2 months.

    Current Routine
    Bill Starr 5x5
    Monday:
    Squat 5x5 - Ramping
    Bench 5x5 - Ramping
    Barbell Row 5x5 - Ramping
Assistance: 2 sets of weighted hypers and 4 sets of weighted sit-ups
    10% of max per jump

    Wednesday:
    Squat 4x5 - 1,2,3 set - same as monday / 4th - 3rd set repeat. 60/70/80/80
    Military Press 4x5 - Ramping
    Deadlift 4x5 - Ramping
    Assistance: 3 sets of sit-ups

    Friday:
    Squat 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 - 60/70/80 / 2.5% above top set / 80
    Bench 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 - 60/70/80 / 2.5% above top set / 80
    Barbell Row 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 - 60/70/80 / 2.5% above top set / 80
Assistance: 3 sets of weighted dips (5-8 reps), 3 sets of barbell curls and 3 sets of triceps extensions (8 reps)

As I have just finished week 1, my current lifts were...
    Squats - 230
    Bench Press - 210
    Deadlifts - 305

since this log is a 30 day log, and you are to increase the weights by 2.5% per week... By the end of the log my lifts will increase to. (4 weeks)
    Squats +20lbs
    Bench Press +20lbs
    Deadlifts +35lbs
In all honesty, I'd be quite happy merely being able to keep up will Bill Starr's routine, but hopefully I might be able to outreach this a bit even :P

    Diet
My diet is quite variable but follows a simple rule. Clean complex carbs all day until night where they are replaced by higher fat meals. Protein is to be eaten constantly through the day

This obviously varies day to day, as I don't live in a bubble, but I try very hard to keep it consistent. For the sake of the log, and for good measure, I will be recording my diet into this log o_O

Food servings will be estimated but rough. Timing and specifics will be precise

-This log has not began yet. It will begin as soon as I receive the shipment

    Bill Starr's 5x5 : Week 2
    Friday - 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 - 60/70/80/80 /102.5 / 80

Stupidly, I forgot to record any of the lifts or look over the new routine today, so tried to play it off by memory. Preformed some extra sets since it's the end of the week and I'd be long recovered before monday.

    ATG Squats
    165 - 5
    185 - 5
    205 - 5 / 5
    235 - 5
225 - 6(Felt up to preforming 8 reps but fatigued out really fast, stupid call)

    Bench Press

    135 - 5
    155 - 5
    175 - 5 / 5
    215 - 3
    175 - 7

    Deadlifts

    185 - 5
    215 - 5
    245 - 5 / 5
    315 - 3 - Triple Wheels
    255 - 8 - Easy

    Cable Crunch Sets

    40 - 9 / 5 / 5 / 5

    Bicep Curls

    80 - 6
    70 - 6
    60 - 6
    50 - 8 / 8

    Bench

Correcting form in an attempt to include my chest in the lift more
    135 - 8 / 8 / 8 / 8

Was a bizzare but great lifting day today. I really don't think I could have pulled it off most normal days. Jumped deadlift up by an extra 5lbs quite sucessfully, attempted upping the weight on the 1x8 sets but with not too much success.

I really should be sticking to the routine... I just forgot to write it on my hand today T_T

Bad diet day, everything far too crammed, not enough balance. I spent 99% of the day hunting down my brother after his car broke down... Nonetheless, we got plenty of time to make amends, and as long as I'm acknowledging this. Lets keep this going

    Updates 10/20/08
    Log Day 1
    Height - 5'10.3
    Weight - 172

    Sidenote!
Just received the T-911 package in the mail after returning home from the gym, and will begin supplementation with it tomorrow morning. I happily noted that the container holds 75 tabs (2 daily dosage) giving me 1 months worth with 15 extra tabs (instructions include taking the product 30 minutes before athletic/sexual activity), so I will place a special tag next to the workout routine tab on days I use T-911 as a postworkout.

*the labels aren't printed backwards, my computer's camera flips images for some reason*

    Diet
Trying to space out my macros a lot more now, include my fats more spread through each meal, and spread some carbs out.
    8:05 - 1.5 optimum whey / 5oz whole wheat pasta / .5 chicken sausage
    10:50 - 3oz pasta / 1 optimum whey / .2 chicken sausage
    12:30 - 1:00 - 20g BCAA (intaworkout)
1:40 - 1.5 musclemilk light (buying a better pwo soon hopefully) / 35g WMS (pwo)
    2:00 - 2oz pasta / 1 optimum whey / .3 chicken sausage / 1lb steak / 1 slice wheat bread (pwo)
    4:40 - 5oz pasta / .6 chicken sausage
    6:30 - 4oz pasta / 1.5 optimum whey / .4 chicken sausage
    8:40 - .5 optimum whey
    10:00 - 1lb cottage cheese / 4tbsp almond butter
*will hopefully caliper test this friday*

    Workout Routine
    Bill Starr's 5x5 : Week 3 : Monday

    ATG Squats
    150 - 5
    170 - 5
    190 - 5
    210 - 5
    230 - 5 / 5
Preformed an extra set of squats, felt great and pulled them off quite nicely, stalled once and pulled out of it even.

    Bench Press

    130 - 5
    150 - 5
    170 - 5
    190 - 5
    210 - 5

    Deadlifts

    190 - 5
    220 - 5
    250 - 5
    280 - 5
    310 - 5
So close to triple wheels I can almost taste it.

    Hypers

    2 Holds

    Cable Crunch Sets

    50 - 7 / 5 / 5 / 5

Good lifting day today overall, I'll honestly say, I think my squats could go up a bit from here, but my bench seems a little iffy. The deadlifting weight seems perfect. My progress in bench and deadlifts are my main concerns. I was actually considering bumping my bench weight down 5-10lbs to ensure I could complete my sets, as I've had difficulty with a few.

    Height - 5'10.3
    Weight -

    CALIPER TEST RESULTS!!!
I will not be receiving another caliper test until the end of the log, so this test is of considerable significance to me.
    Bicep - 7
    Tricep - 7
    Hip - 6
    Back - 8
    %BF ~ 12.7%

    Sidenote!
So everone, I have a T-911 tab tucked under my tongue right now as I'm writing this, and the tabs are not quite what I expected.

I was thinking of the funky tasting red tabs our moms all fed us when we got sick that crumble into some weird sand-pebbly texture under your tongue in about 20 seconds.

Fortunately, I'm wrong. They're little white pills (much like vitaminshoppe's ALA pills if anyone has tried them) They take actually a little while to dissolve, I've been listening to some music for a while and it's still down there. I've trapped all my saliva around the tab and am trying not to swallow to make sure I get the full dose :P.

They taste pretty good, and sure enough, they do taste like cherry candies(in an odd, but good way). Though I must say, I have a funny taste towards the back of my throat much like I recently downed some cough syrup (faint, but definitely there)

    Diet
    7:55 - 4 eggs / 2 slice wheat bread / bit of cheese
    11:00 - 5oz wheat spaghetti / 1.2lb chicken
    2:45 - .8lb chicken / 4oz wheat spaghetti
    6:05 - .6lb chicken / 2 optimum whey / 5oz wheat spaghetti
    9:20 - 1.5 scoops optimum whey
    -Extra Workout
    9:55 - 1 banana / 2 optimum whey (pwo)
    10:15 - 1lb cottage cheese / 3tbsp almond butter

    Workout Routine
    Quick Bicep Routine
    Preacher Barbell Curl
    60 - 6 / 6 / 5

    Preacher Reverse Barbell Curl
    50 - 8 / 7 / 7

    Barbell Curl
    60 - 6

    Reverse Barbell Curl
    50 - 7

I drove my friend to the gym today, so hit up my biceps as they appear to be in a permanent state of lagging. Got an AMAZINGGGGG pump today. Didn't take T-911 or any sort of pre-workout. It could be due to focus on form, nutrition, or even just a good day, but this was nice, a truly amazing pump. Maybe it was just because I was doing 2 bicep exercises back to back to fail xD.

see I wasn't BSing about that taste, glad you enjoy it too. I would say for me it takes between 10 and 15 min for the tabs to dissolve completely. Anyway, looking forward to some of your lifts on here in addition to seeing the physical changes/bodybuilding progress via the before and after pics.

Great detail so far, this should be an outstanding log.

Not quite a sponsorship, but an opportunity to log products for them LG Sciences has been around for quite some time I believe, I used to see them at GNC (when I worked there) ALL the time but oddly never tried any of their products.

It makes this log all the more fun for me, I love trying new supplements out, and from a whole new company to me makes it just that much better.

I was considering putting in a small video blurt into this log of when i put the tab in till it dissolves haha, just out of boredom. I'll pop one before my shower tomorrow and see how long it takes.

Nonetheless, I'm feeling great and hope I can pull off some great progress in this log, lets get this show on the road!
It's great to have people following along in the log

Thanks haha. Very happy that you showed up.

I checked all of their bodyspaces, and none of them have begun new threads regarding this log (assuming they're not logging via posts in an already existing workout journal).

Looks like I'm running this solo :P
Hopefully I'll pull off some good results

-On another note, my mouth feels quite tingly after each tablet has finished dissolving (just finished one about 30 seconds ago)

Not too concerned, as either way I'll be cranking out my log seeing as how the format and everything is already set :P Tomorrow will be my first day lifting with T-911, as I will be taking it pre-workout also

Looking forward to a higher capacity day update, but that workout looks solid nonetheless. With those weights on the deadlifts your heavy days should be quite impressive.

    Thanks

I might try to video log my deadlifting this / next friday. My back's been feeling a little funky (I think just some fatigue and strain from wrestling my friends / extra sets of hypers), so next week if not this week's.

    Updates 10/23/08
    Log Day 4
    Height - 5'10.3
    Weight - 171.7
Sad to see my weight drop back down... Nonetheless changes and adjustments are being made accordingly. Gotta gain some mass during this log.

    Diet
I've been eating 1/4 spaghetti packages for my carb meals. To increase my calories I'm going to begin bumping that up to 1/3 a package of spaghetti per serving, and also up my fats in my diet as I believe they may be lacking in many meals.
    11:00 - 7oz spaghetti / .4lb steak / 1 cup 2% milk / 1 optimum whey
    2:30 - 7oz spaghetti / 1 musclemilk light / 40g protein Isopure RTD
    5:55 - 6oz spaghetti / 4 eggs
    9:20 - 2lb wonton veggie soup
I'm also going to start looking into a higher % milkfat milk to be drank with meals. I'm lactose intolerant, but calories and calories. I'll deal with the farts for some mass xD.
    -Unfortunately, so will my peers

-I have decided, it's rather fun taking T-911. They leave a funny numbed sensation in the area once they finish dissolving, and I believe I'm acquiring a taste for them. My current largest struggle with them is resisting chewing them up when I get them. I also caught myself tucking an icebreakers mint under my tongue earlier today out of habit...

Good log, subbing to this one. LG makes good stuff. I did one trifecta stack, then later did a log of the Trifecta+Receptor back a year and a half ago or so. Haven't had a chance to keep up on some of the newer stuff since Eric/legalgear doesn't live near me anymore and he always told me what was up and coming. I had good results on what I have used though.

SwollenOne I didn't realize you were an LG rep!

Again, nice log. I'm curious to see how it finishes out.

    Updates 10/17/08
    Log Day 5
    Height - 5'10.3
    Weight - 172.7

    Diet
    8:20 - 5oz spaghetti / 3 eggs
    10:30 - 20g BCAA (intraworkout)
    1:00 - 2oz spaghetti / 1 egg (pwo)
Delayed REAL PWO meal, girlfriend came to visit me o_O
    3:00 - 7oz spaghetti / 1lb chicken
    7:00 - 7oz spaghetti / 1.3lb chicken / bit o broccoli
    8:00 - 10g fish oil (help my back maybe?) / 3g glutamine
    10:10 - 1lb cottage cheese / 3tbsp almond butter

    Workout Routine
    Bill Starr's 5x5 : Week 3
    Friday - 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 - 60/70/80/80 /102.5 / 80

VERY Frustrated!!! I recorded this before lifting.

-In all honesty, the squats are a reach for the extra five, but I seem to do great on 3 rep squats, so I think I could pull them off. Also I may have lightly strained my back deadlifting this wednesday. I feel completely capable of pulling off triple plates on a deadlift, but I also don't want to worsen a small injury. Today I'll keep it at 5lbs under triple plates, take it a little easy and make sure to stretch and warmup before my lifts. I don't want to get hurt /w a stupid injury like that...

My back wasn't back up to what I thought it was, and though I lifted the 310 on deadlifting for the 1st rep, I quickly called it off knowing that it was off. My lower back feels quite tight now, and I believe I may have lightly strained my upper back between my shoulder blades during dips (no clue how or why seeing as how I've done considerably more weight, perhaps due to the lower back strain already in place).

Nontheless, I finished off the workout rather fine. Upper back is sore in certain ranges of motion, Lower back is 90% fine (thank god I stopped early)

I feel like I should be slapped for not listening to my body. Thankfully I normally recover VERY quickly, and hopefully I'll be back and ready by monday, if not I'll take it easy Monday and be fine by Wednesday.

Beside that, squats were a breeze and I did great on bench
I guess I'll be getting some extra sleep this weekend.

    ATG Squats
    150 - 5
    170 - 5
    190 - 5 / 5
    240 - 3
    190 - 8
Easy and blew through the 240x3.

    Bench Press

    130 - 5
    150 - 5
    170 - 5 / 5
    215 - 3
    170 - 8

    Deadlifts

    195 - 5
    220 - 5
    245 - 5 / 5
    310 - 0
135 - 10 - Nice and slow to stretch my back out...
Muscle strain caught up with me, back was feeling weird so called off the set, preformed a cooldown set of 135

    Dips

    55 - 6 / 6 / 8
Light strain in the upper back. Great -_-...

    Preacher Barbell Curls

    70 - 6
    50 - 8 / 8

    Tricep Extensions

    70 - 7
    85 - 8 / 8

Lesson learned. Listen to your body (as I should have learned about 3x already...) Beside that, bench and squats were great. Lets just hope I recover by monday
