Women, why do girls go back to guys that abuse them?

It seriously infuriates me. I saw a man slap his girl outside a public movie theater. I know this is going to sound like a hero story but it's really what I did. I came right behind the guy and just tackled him and gave him 1 good donkey punch right in the face. Called him a piece of **** and walked away. My girlfriend pulled his girl away and we ended up dropping her off at her house. We didn't even ask her if she wanted to come with us, we just dragged her with us.

It was such an awful feeling to see a guy hit a girl. It felt like he hit me instead of her that's how mad I was. Of course this was about 1 year 1/2 ago, but still. I've always wondered why girls stay with guys that abuse them?

That girl could have just told him she has AIDS because she was unfaithful to him. lol. You really need to know both sides of the story. Should have asked him why he slaped her first. Then at least you know she didn't have an abortion or something without telling him.

Sorry...but a MAN should never HIT a WOMAN! That's like an adult beating up a toddler! There are other ways to handle mistreatment. Granted...she obviously did SOMETHING to piss him off...to what extreme, we'll never know...but being ANGRY at a woman, whether justifiable or not, does NOT give any MAN a right to assault her! It's just not fair and/or equal to fight someone who is biologically weaker than you...it's actually not a FIGHT...it's a slaughter!

If a GUY gets hit by a GUY or a GIRL gets hit by a GUY the only difference is a penis or vagina. If I hit a guy or girl they will feel the SAME impact (No difference).

2. It's also due the the structure of the male skelton "designed" to carry more weight: broader shoulders for example.

3. An average man needs more calories per day compared with an average woman.

4. All of these are established facts. Not to mention a little thing called, higher levels of "testosterone".

The sheer design of a man's body gives him greater upper body strength than a woman...and a woman...greater lower body strength. To say that a woman is as strong as a man naturally...is, at least, inconsistent with science.

To answer your latter question...I would compare a big guy fighting a little guy to two school-age kids fighting in the playground...they are on common ground with each other...both produce testosterone and both have the superior male "structure"...so it's a fair game. No doubt you've seen smaller guys kick the sh*t out of larger guys.

Why do any of us repeat the same mistakes over and over again? What makes a woman in an abusive relationship any different then a guy with a substance abuse problem.

I can hear the the critiques now 'but Paul physical abuse and drug abuse are two different things." To that I reply "you are correct but they have one similarity."

The similarity between the two is that they are both bad decisions. It may seem like i'm comparing apples and oranges but trust me I'm trying to prove a point. I'm sure if we were to look introspectively we would each find some pattern of behavior that we are not exactly proud of. However, we can't seem to stop that behavior. It could be something as simple as over eating or as complicated as returning to that same abusive partner.

Some will/have learned to put that behavior under control or worse become desensitized to it to where they no longer feel remorse.

Understanding these behaviors in our selves will allow us to better understand someone who engages in other more or less risky behavior.

We can summize all we want as to the cause but the question should be how can we help someone realize that the behavior they engage in will have less than favorable results?

Sorry guy, that is not correct. Hormone action is independent of "working out".

In fact, there was a study done showing that people using anabolic steroids ALONE had better results than people who were training ALONE. Of course the people who did both had the best results.

Sorry dude...but both of these statements are completely false.

Additionally, a house can only be as "strong" and as "big" as its frame allows. The male skeleture and bone density is quite different from a woman. Example...a woman's "jawbone" is thinner and more narrow than a man's. That is why we simply CANNOT take a punch the way a man can.

Bottom line here: While there are some woman out there that are stronger than others...we are physicially inferior to men. Say what you want...hold up woman's lib signs and picket all day long about equal rights, whatever...the fact will still remain...PHYSICALLY INFERIOR!

Does this give woman a license to DO and SAY whatever they want to a man? Absolutely NOT...but a REAL MAN will be able to handle a woman on a more intellectual basis. is that true? I was unaware as most of the girls i know have somewhat weak legs.
