I am a professional mixed martial arts fighter.
I am in tip top shape. I train twice a day and do a lot of strength, cardio, and endurance training in addition to my technical workouts.
I need to gain 20 pounds in 2 weeks in order to make a certain weight by a certain date. I will have months after that to settle into the new weight and to be in the shape I need to be in at the new weight. There will be no competing at the new weight for months to come so please don't worry.
Please give me some advice as to the fastest and best way to gain that much weight in that little time. Thank you for your input.

Need To Gain 20 Pounds In 2 Weeks

It will be damn hard and near impossible imo. Best advice would be to eat like an absolute animal. Anything and everything in sight and never let yourself get hungry. Eat every 2 hours until you're full. Also try using creatine mono, it should add a bit of weight from water. Good luck.
I only eat food in bar form. When you concentrate food, you unleash its awesome power, I'm told. That's why I'm compressing 5 pounds of spaghetti into one handy mouth-sized bar...
Hospital please.

go buy those crazy gainers with 1000+ cals a serving, drink as much as you can along with your 5-6 meals a day. Eat a lot... basic stuff. Cant be healthy gaining that much weight in that amount of time. You'll probably slow yourself down for the fight too, most of that 20 pounds will be fat if not all of it.

Don't forget to drink loads of water before the weigh-in and dread yourself in water (wet hair). And I would hold a heavy metal plate between my butt cheeks at the weigh-in. That should add several pounds.
i take it for granted that no hearer of mine will misinterpret what I have to say as the language of cynicism

To get 20lbs, in theory you would have to eat 70000 calories extra then your maitenance in the next two weeks. So if you matenance is 2500 calories a day you would have to eat 105000 calories in the next two weeks and that doesnt even take into account the calorie you will burn throughout your martial arts and lifting. Of course this calorie could does not take into account water weight so you really will not have to eat this much as long as you are drinking plenty of water.
To gain some easy weight get a good high calorie gainer and drink it 3-4 times a day a long with 5-6 meals at least; get creatine(if allowed in mma) since it will help you gain water weight; Sodium might be good too since it will help you hold more water. Thats the best stuff I can think of, someone else might have better ideas. But either way, good luck man!"Every journey of 1000 miles begins with one step"-- Chinese Proverb

Suppose if you loaded a lot of creatine, and took in a LOOOOT of sodium the few days before your weigh-in, dehydrated yourself about 2 days before, then just ****ing load up on water the day before you could possibly gain 20lbs.
It'd be a long shot and it'll be a miserable two weeks though.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

Good dose of Dbol or A-bombs...
And even thats a long stretch. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping you and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there.

Jealous of all the people who think this is impossible. I just spent the last two weeks on vacation, and allowed myself a cheat fortnight, knowing that I would pay dearly for it. I gained 25 lbs. Don't stop eating, and take lots of carbs, which will help you feel hungry. This really isn't hard at all. The hard part will be cutting it off and making the weight with muscle in the months to follow.
Dominos and McDonalds should be staples. Hostess came back just in time for you. A bag if Oreos and a gallon of whole milk will work wonders. You don't have to gain 20 lbs of mass either- if you do it right you'll be carrying an extra 8 lbs of fecal weight at weigh-in.
Protip- small calorie grenades will be easier to consume in large amounts. Oreos, donut holes, fun size candy bars, etc.
Good luck!!
