Is there anything wrong with this diet for weight loss?
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled with canola oil
a bowl of corn bran squares or all bran (some high fibre low sugar cereal) with 1 cup 1% milk
11:00:
Banana
Lunch:
Turkey or all natural peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread
Carrots
4:00:
one apple
high fibre granola bar (130 cals per bar)
Dinner:
1 cup Black Beans , or 1 can of peas
Bowl of Salad
Chicken Thighs, or Turkey, or Salmon (always changes)
8:30:
Apple or some other fruit
Any changes I should make?

What do your macros/calories come out to be with that? Besides the peanut butter mid day your fat content seems fairly low. Plus I'd just round out the snacks a little bit so there's a better mix of fat/carbs/protein (instead of just carbs like the banana or apple). It'll help keep you satiated and your energy up all day. Also, unless you're active at night, I'd nix the apple (or move it somewhere else at least) and substitute it for something else (a lot of people seem to like cottage cheese and pb, or a protein shake..something low carb at least!). Hope that helps!!
