Probably a little too much layback, but oh well.

Shorts easily add an extra 10 lbs to each lift.

Thanks to you both. Just keep at it each day and soon enough you will look back and see loads of progress.

First three sets weren't bad. Almost locked out the fifth rep of the fourth set. The bar was just sitting an inch below lock out for at least five seconds. I wish I got it on video.

Missed intensity press yesterday due to laziness. Warm-ups felt weak, but the work set was manageable.

Nice volume press and bench! Especially the beltless press. I've gotta belt up on those work sets.

How's the hamstring feeling? Any idea when you'll be able to test it out?

Thanks. I have actually been feeling stronger without the belt.

Feels fine, but there was no pain the last time until I got under a heavy load. I warmed up to 275 earlier last week with no pain. I am actually liking all of the upper body work and not having to get mentally ready for each training session. This upcoming week is finals week and I will most likely miss a day or two, so I won't be trying any lower body stuff.

Did not have time to train last week. I had two finals and worked on the ceiling in my bedroom at college. Spent at least 50 hours on it throughout the week. Took down the drop ceiling, scrapped old paint and plaster, plastered the entire thing, sanded it, plastered it again, sanded it again, and had the biggest mess you would not believe to clean up. Also got an 8 week Siberian Husky puppy on Saturday so needless to say I have been very occupied.

Very weak tonight, but at least I looked fawkin joocy. I have been doing a lot of DB laterals to warm-up my shoulders each session, but I might have done too much tonight that was counterproductive to my press. First time doing regular dips in a long time, so they felt off. I have been at home for the past few days and don't have access to the rings. I will be back at my school gym next week and will resume squatting.

I left my Mac at school and usually upload pictures through that, so I can post some later next week.

280 was a good struggle. I felt good about only hitting two reps because of how crappy the sets with 262.5 felt on Monday and the last time I benched heavy was 5/10. Also felt good considering my rep PR is only 280x3 from 1/7. Chin-ups have been very strong lately. I think the rings have made a difference.
