    Thanks. Have not changed anything with my diet, so I do not really know why my weight has shot up a bit. The meet was supposed to be October 27th, but by the time I sent in my application it was already full. There should be another one in December.

    Damn man, those squats are so deep and strong. You should have a 5 plate squat in you easy. As everyone else said, amazing progress, just shows that hard work and consistency really pay off.

    Thanks a lot. There is no secret to any of the success that I have had; just drink a lot of milk and take it week by week, even workout by workout. I am pretty sure I could squat 500+ right now, especially since I squatted 485 at the end of July. I really want to get my bench above 300, though!

    And yes, you have 500 easy. My stretch goal for the end of the year is 455x3 which I think is about what I will need to hit 500, with as easy as you had that 460x3, you've got 500 without a doubt.......keep going!
