    Squatting is horrible when your sore. Hopefully those 3 sets should still give you a good intensity day. How is your volume day bench feeling? I've noticed you've increased the load each week. Are you gonna keep increasing the volume load until you get those 3 reps on ID?

    Will set a PR this next week with 5x5x242.5, but I might only increase the weight for volume bench if I get the three reps on intensity bench.
