Ate a lot today, so that explains the weight gain. I am not worried because I have 11 days left and was 179 the other morning. Knees were caving in on squat, the last set was the worst. Have not had a squat PR in a few months, so I am very happy with that. Too tired to complete the rest of the workout.

The weight posted is post workout. I was 179 the other morning. I have not really thought about my attempts, but would like to match my lifts from my 1RM test from early March.
