Protein Intake recommendation needed!!!
Hello. I have read a few threads and articles online regarding Protein consumption recommendations and I am still kind of cloudy. So I come to my newly adopted family here in the BodyBuilding Forums.
How many proteins should I intake?
My current stats:
Age: 31
Height: 6'-1" (72")
Weight: 258lbs
Body Fat: 31%
I plan to burn fat, build muscle, and PLENTY of cardio (1-2 miles at least 3 days per week).
Some articles say 2.2 grams per pound of body weight, some say 1.5, some say 1! How will be I able to tell if I am consuming the correct amount of Proteins?
