Hi guys so i'm currently on a bulk doing heavy compound movements to build some muscle. But i was wondering should i be adding in even more calories on workout days compared to non workout days?
So currently these are my calories and macros which i'm working with now.
Stats
Age: 21
Height: 5'5
Weight: 61kg
Calories
Maintenance = 1,820
Rest days
Calories (extra 250 calories): 2070
P:155
C:258
F:46
Workout days
Calories (extra 400 calories): 2226
P:166.5
C:277.5
F:50
Is this really necessary or do you think i'm going a bit overboard increasing my calories on workout days?

Not necessary but it can be beneficial. Do what you prefer.
As long as you're gaining ~1-2 pounds per month it's all good.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:
