Which is better to gain muscle? Which tastes better? And which is better as a post-workout protein?

Which is better for muscle gain? Well MM is pretty well a meal replacement. Both fit into a solid supplement regime but at different times. Not sure what your experience is but you can't really compare them as they are different types of products/proteins.New signature pending.

Well, you're comparing two different protein supplements for starters. Personally, Muscle Milk tastes better IMO, although a whey protein will be much better PWO. MM would probably be better utilized as a meal replacement or pre-bed shake.
