    Which is better for muscle gain? Well MM is pretty well a meal replacement. Both fit into a solid supplement regime but at different times. Not sure what your experience is but you can't really compare them as they are different types of products/proteins.

    Well, you're comparing two different protein supplements for starters. Personally, Muscle Milk tastes better IMO, although a whey protein will be much better PWO. MM would probably be better utilized as a meal replacement or pre-bed shake.

    As far as which one is better to help you "Gain muscle", neither is "better". Gaining muscle is dependent on many factors including one's workout program and entire diet. Both muscle milk and ON Whey can help you reach that goal.
