Question Bulking: Should I lower Cal's on 'off' days

Hey,

I started bulking about a week ago. This time around I'm tracking my intake, so I can make adjustments based on my results. I've read mixed theories about whether you should take in less calories on off days, since you wont be expending as many calories. I'll be doing 20-30 min light cardio later on today, so I dont know if that constitutes as an 'off' day.

So my question is: Should I lower my calories if I'm not lifting that day?

(Im currently following these ratios, and so far everything is going well: 2g carbs/lb bodyweight, 1.5g protein/lb bpdyweight, .5g fat/lb bodyweight)

If any gurus can chime in I'd really appreciate your input

while bulking I ussaly eat the same, the only difference is that on rest days I dont have my pre/post WO shakes. which ussally add up to about
40-50carbs and 350-450cals

so im getting less carbs and cals that way.

No, dont.

Its on the offdays your growing, on the "on" days you just fight catabolism from working out.
Just dont take the post-shake with fast carbs on off days. Use other slow carbs and protein.
