Im not really sure what the question is, but just train both sides at the same weight, you will even out eventually

Broscience, doesn't even out eventually.
Don't worry, the human body is always unsymmetrical in some places.

same thing with me, i hate it because i too notice it when i look in the mirror, i would just use dumbbells, work the side that is smaller first and then work the stronger side second, you could also use unilateral training also, its basically working one side at a time.
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...g=artBody;col1
you really just want to use dumbbells, you could also throw in maybe a couple reps for the weaker side, but some say it might cause over training, an extra couple of reps wont hurt in my opinion

not really, a 1lb difference in your muscle mass from one side to the other isnt going to be visible if you add another 10 lbs on top, its going to be lost in the overall size. But thanks for throwing that label at my post, losing me all credibility. BTW, what I was telling him not to do is to train one side heavier than the other, to correct the issue. but whatever man.

You're 78.
It doesn't say that there is a 1lb difference in the OP. It could be noticeably bigger. I've had the same size difference since starting till now, I fail to see where they will magically become the same size.
Many pro's have very noticeable size differences in opposite body parts and they are 200 lbs +, your logic seems flawed to me.
If I shot you down it was because it sounded like the same old thing people say when this issue has been posted 100's of times before. I've even been know to repeat it.

Im not 78
i doubt the op has a huge size difference, and i didnt say they were same size, i said that it goes away, meaning not noticeable.
I was just mad because the term broscience is thrown around a lot whether its broscience ore not, and is becoming really a useless term.

Do db lifts. I notice when I do stuff with a bar I only feel a pump on one side. Like on pendley rows I feel a pump only in my right lat, or skullcrusher I only feel a pump in my right tri. Both are bigger than the left

Too much fapping?
...kinda surprised that wasn't said yet.
Though, really, I'm completely asymmetrical. My back is all kinds of f'd up, my v thing is not symmetrical. It's depressing.
