i started lifting @ golds here in miami and they got some NPC competitor i think, his name is JEFF something, umm hes known for massive legs, about 5'6 or 5'7 bald... atleast shaved head when i saw him, he looked freaking massive, id love to see some of his contest pic but i need his last name, throw some names around guys!

jeff schwartzer , i just got back from the gym... anyways the guy has nationals in 2 weeks i was speaking to him all this morning about drop sets...., hes in great conditions the calves arent all there yet, but dam are those delts killing the place, and also the quads are looking fkng beyond sick... hes sitting at 213 lbs he told me, and is going to enter @ 210 in the hope to win his pro card...
a video of him, his GH belly look out of control here, but in the gym it didnt look like it, well ima try to let me take some pics of him with me and my buddy tomorrow and post em
... im leeching all the free advice i can get lol

sorry guys i ment to say that hes coming in this year different than every other year, hes always done heavy weights, now he is going to come in at 198 he said and compete for the light heavy weights.
