    As the title says, what muscle groups do you work together, i.e shoulders and arms.

    notice i leave 48 hours atleast of time after training my shoulders, b4 doing chest again on day 1... so i dont interrupt with the re-healing process of their workout, cuz when doing chest you use ur delts..

    well, connecting groups is always the way to go.
    for example..
    i work chest and triceps in the same workout, they work together naturally, example... on bench press, your chest is dominant, but you also use your triceps.

    and your upper back and biceps is the same idea, with rows, you use both muscle groups at the same time.

    legs and lower back can also be done together.

    hope that helps a bit.

    If you're there between 4-630 peak in the gymnasium, I do Olympic weightlifting there.

    haha no way! another south aussie?

    yeah sure do mate, im usually there Monday Wednesday and Friday, anywhere from 5-9.
