As the title says, what muscle groups do you work together, i.e shoulders and arms.

well, connecting groups is always the way to go.
for example..
i work chest and triceps in the same workout, they work together naturally, example... on bench press, your chest is dominant, but you also use your triceps.
and your upper back and biceps is the same idea, with rows, you use both muscle groups at the same time.
legs and lower back can also be done together.
