Kidney Worry
I've been getting pains in my lower back , both sides every now and again, i wasent sure if it was muscular or kidney pain, but this moring just as i woke up and walked down the hallway, i got a pain that me go, ohh ****, not excruciating pain, but i felt it.
i worried about my kidneys so any pain within that region i almost assume its my kidney, how would i know for sure its kidney pain, my mam said if its kidney pain, youd ****ing know

couple years back i went on accutane for my acne and got lower back pains. its the kidneys. Go get a blood test bro.

I'd assume if it was in the kidney regions it'd be kidney related...
Just a thought.
Persoanlly, I don't see the harm in consulting a doctor just to be sure.

Get a piss test from the doctor?
Drink more water.
Don't use PH if you have becuase it raises BP and puts strain on your kidneys.

I'm also going to throw the fact that consuming too much protein ****s your kidneys as well

yeah, the first thing i done when i had pains was cut down on it, i never really went extreme with protein, maybe 70 grams a day?

that explains why no gains.. its safe to use up to 1.5 g per 1 pound of bodyweight if you lift weights and create enough hypertrophy for the body to use that protein.
anything over 1.5 x 1 lb is not safe... it causes stress on the kidneys and also causes to much calcium build up in ur urinary tract..

I dont think its anything man could just be muscular related, if it was your kidneys you would be in so much pain not just a discomfort pain.
