k, so now it starts all over, im the same person who i was a yr ago, just smarter, greater, leaner, stronger. the knowledge taht i have now is even greater.
it starts tomorow, 20 weeks of pain and sufering, it will all b worthit in the end.

just came from leaning-out. my contest wght for the INBA Texas State was 179lb bf% 6.5 ashamed it was cancelled. and even worse was the 2 week long depression i created for it being cancelled, wgt droped to 169 after :-/.

current wght 180 lbs height 5'9"

trainin will b a 4 day split, one day on and one day off.

not to bad, wasnt as good as i hoped, the infecion that i have didnt bother me, Went to Metroflex, Branch was there, taht crazy pitbull is a BEAST. kept me motivated though. g2 keep this up, no matter what. biggest success today, lateral raises 1x10 45lbs. best ever!
