Artificial Sweetner Help
I put Splenda in everything: oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt. Simply because I have a sweet tooth.
Should I cut it out completely?
I am trying to cut fat.
Thanks,
Alicia

yes splenda should be fine as long as you dont mind consuming the aspartame. It has zero calories and supposedly doesnt cause an insulin spike (fat storing hormone) like sugar.

If you're consuming MASS amounts of splenda it may add around 50 calories a day so you shouldnt worry if it craves your sweet tooth
Does anyone know some effects of sucrose on health?

I lol'ed.
To OP: It doesn't matter, have as much as you want. And splenda isn't aspartame, or made from it.
