Hey everyone, a few years ago I posted on these forums and asked the question "How big could I get my arms at 5'7 naturally?" Responses said up to 18 inches naturally. Well here I am today and I've gotten my arms up to 18.5 inches and now I'm wondering, can I get up to the 20's? I know at this height with steroids you can definetly get over 20, but what about naturally? This is a goal I'm aiming for and I just wanted to know some peoples thoughts.

def obtainable bro, keep workin hard at it. If you want steroid alternatives, I would most defiantly check out the supplement section. But so far so good man, I want to get my arms up to 18 before I graduate in 2 1/2 years. So that's 2" for the both of us

Yeah, bro...I looked thru your progress pics and by what I can tell, you can def hit 20" naturally. You have made awesome progress and your muscle bellies are nice and full. You have some great genetics for freaky growth.

I currently sport disappointing 11.3 inchers and I'm trying to aim for 13 inches and then 15 inches. What're the best set/rep combinations to help me achieve said goals and how long would it "guesstimately" take to get me to either. Would really love the advice. Post or PM. thanks.

all a matter of bodyfat %. based on the pics i'm guessing you're about 15% or so. if you're looking for 18" with decent vascularity, it'll take quite a while because if you have 18.5 now and no vascularity whatsoever, i'd expect to lose about 2 inches were you to cut to ~8% now (pretty 'ripped').
not sure why you're so set on numbers though

But at your height if you go much "larger" and aim for 20in fatceps you're just going to look like a butterball.
Trust me, I have seen short guys that are massive and they just look stupid (but of course to THEM they are small).

Don't listen to the naysayers, I definately think you can add an inch and a half onto your arms without becoming fat. It is all down to your genetics, and judging by your pics, you have some good genetics, especially on your arms. You will probably have to add 10-15 pounds to get those 20 inch arms, so you may have to bulk, but you are already at a pretty good bodyweight right now.

Why not? If you've got 18.5 already, no reason why 20 wouldn't be reachable eventually, but as some of the other guys have mentioned, if you want to be ripped with 20 inch arms, it will probably take a lot longer, but looks like you've got the genes for big guns.

I'm only taking ON's 100% chocolate protein, dextrose/maltodextrin and creatine. I only take this post-workout after a postworkout meal that way I get 2 meals in one.Originally Posted by Clean
