So my new workout is alot of compound movements, low volume, low reps, high weight sort of thing, A-B-A the first week, B-A-B the next, and so on..My concern is that i'm not getting enough work in my lats, and upper traps. What do you guys think? Heres the workout
Workout A
Deadlift
Weighted Chin-ups
Closegrip Bench Press
Weighted Dips
Standing DB calf raises
Cable Crunches
Workout B
Flat BB Bench
Squats
Inclined Bench Press
Barbell Rows
Military Press
Weighted Crunches
Hanging Leg Raises
Do you think this is gonna hit everything?

you could add shrugs if you want for your traps.
