    cottage cheese- alright, not the best
    pepsi one and diet pepsi- ok in small quantities. the aspartame kicks some out of ketosis
    mayoinnes- perfectly fine

    id suggest broccoli or celery as vegetables. those are my staples

    Cottage cheese is alright as long as it fits your macros. Mayonnaise is good. Diet pepsi and stuff you should stay away from. Water is better.

    id limit it at first until you get settled into the diet. then see how it affects you. A few glasses a day should be fine

    all right. Damn today is my 2nd keto day and it feels weird eating big amounts ( IMO ) of fat, even when its healthy.

    BTW, there is nothing wrong with Crystal light. I have drank it daily during workouts and I have lost over 27lbs in the past two months.

    the aspartamane affects people differently in ketosis. some people can not have any while others can drink as much as they want. Its still smart to try and limit it while trying to get into ketosis

    i've found personally that diet soda seems to make me feel hungrier. even if it's all in my head, i've switched entirely to coffee if i need a kick in the ass in the morning.

    Friendship Brand makes 4% Cottage cheese with only 3g of Carbohydrates per 1/2 cup, so it's Keto friendly, provided you don't go overboard on it. It's a lil pricey at the regular grocery stores, but if you have a BJ's/Sam's club/other wholesaler, you can usually snag a 2lb container for $4.

    I think this is an urban legend that has to be stopped. I never have seen any proof of asparatame causing anything.

    well aspartame is almost everywhere so that makes things harder, even in protein shakes. Do you guys think UP 2.0 is bad for keto?

    Aspartame won't do anything to most people.

    UP2.0 is not the best, but if your daily diet is good (and even if not so good) carb-wise, I'm sure you'll be able to fit those 4g of carbs into your totals.
    I ate those 4g in form of PB&CC a lot while on keto.
