look fat when sitting down

Why is this i thought at the pic above im pretty lean but look and feel fat sat down?

well yeh it kinda does because if i stand up i will feel fine but sitting down ppl would be like hes fat , i dont know hard to explain

most people have a little fat roll when they sit down, unless they r real low body fat.

I know how you feel, but people arn't that critical if you look good. With the weight you lost even if you look "fat" when sitting down people won't think that way. I know, because I still am fat, yet I get compliments all the time about how "skinny" I am. Don't worry yourself about it. Your doing great, keep working at it and I'm sure this feeling will pass.

Same thing here ,Im still nowhere near my goal weight but standing up I dont look too bad these days,I just look like a big bloke as opposed to fat but sitting down the belly takes centre stage

LoL. I to share the same boat. when I stand, in cloths I look fine, but once I'm sitting it all comes together and I look FAT. Not even hand over the belly can covery the baby inside...

You're right, it's not skin, it's fat. Even when I'm at 10% bf or even a little lower I can still see the fat. But I know some people who can sit down and still maintain visible abs. You gotta get your bf lower.

yeah I'm around 13% or so, just a little leaner than you standing up right now and I look just a little different than your sitting pics, your right on track.

dude if someone says you look fat when your sitting, obviously that person has some issues of themselves. if it happens
a) flex some ab muscles
b) tell them they look fat when there standing

im at 8% bodyfat, and when i sit, I have a little roll, but its just skin. assuming ur talking about slouching. when i sit up straight u can see my abs.
