That is one of the thngs I am trying to point out. I fcked up no question about it. But to call out a few companies when most supps have no science behind them is a witch hunt in my eyes. I do not want to argue with anyone and I will take my negs and insults like a man I deserve them. I truly believe that Anabolic Innovations has quality products and have not tried to mislead anyone about the products.
Again I am sorry for the way I carried myself but I still have my beliefs and will try to continue to help people here.<<<<PH/DS Family Member>>>>

LOL @ ********!
This thread is insane!
I can't believe a rep had to step down.
The intent of this whole thing is to promote independent research. I'm not specifically trying to make people look like idiots, I'd just to point out that nobody is perfect. With that said, there are plenty of respected companies selling products that lack merit to the claims made, or could be done much more efficiently. I'd like to bring it to attention of all members, that no matter how "good a bro" someone is, you should never just take someone's word for anything. When I came to this forum, it was an entirely different community. There were people who would contribute. You could actually learn something. Today you will learn nothing other than the names of products that reps want you to buy. If more people would actually search outside the forum, report back and contribute, then we could maintain a community that promotes knowledge, not sales.
First thread will be tomorrow night. And probably two more later in the week... and at least two more the following week.

I havent read this whole thread, but I disagree with this.
everyone is entitled to their opinion, and to say that EVERYTHING we recommend should based purely on science is ridiculous.
How can prove your training philosophy is the best with science? please, elaborate for me. there is no such thing as the perfect way to train.
There isnt enough "science" to back up most things. if we went purely on the science done on most of this stuff we would all be doing sets of 8-12 reps for 2-3 exercises taking creatine monohydrate and having a carb/protein/amino shake after our workouts. How often is the scientific community testing new training methods and random ingredients that are in products??? Not often if ever.
If someone wants to try something new and learn from their experiences and share them, why is that a bad thing? If I can honestly say that since I started doing wide grip pullups and hanging from the bar stretched, my lats have got dramatically wider, is my opinion worthless? I dont have any "science" to back it up, but I believe 100% that it worked for me.
This forum is here to share ideas and opinions.keep it simple, keep it basic, keep it heavy
