lionelxxl: Downsize me!

Quick intro..

Aim: To get as lean as possible by years end and hopefully continue till desired (single digit BF%)

Diet: I'll be hooking up with a trainer who'll be doing my diet starting next sunday (18th).

Training: P/RR/S (Burst Cycling Style) - P/P/P/RR/RR/RR/S/S/S/P/P/RR/RR/S/S/P/RR/S (2 x 9 week cycle)

Alt. Corner Barbell Rows (120s)(40x) - 8,8,8 x 16.25/17.5/18.75kg
Close-grip NG pulldowns (120s)(40x) - 8,8,8 x 10/11/12plates
Incline DB Curls (120s)(40x) - 10,6,5 x 12.5/15/15kg

Cardio: None

Diet: 290g pro, 100g carbs, 28g fat (added)

Comments: Felt VERY strong at the gym today. MMC was pretty much one of the best i've gotten.

Day 3
Weight: 95.8kg


Training: OFF

Cardio: 40mins before meal 1

Diet: 290g pro, 50g carbs, 35g fat (added)

Comments: Damn, cardio was really tough. Felt slightly light headed during the last 15mins.. low sugar levels i presume. 2nd off day and cardio day in a row. Delts/Deadlifts tomorrow. Can't wait!
