Not now, i kind have over bulk i think. But when i see girls from highschool, they are surprise to see how good i look.

I've been married almost the whole time I've lifted and went from 135 LBS to 180 LBS, so I've never had the opportunity to go clubbing and/or hook up in my present shape. But I work with 80% young females & I've gotten alot of 1 off nice compliments on my Bi's,Traps and Pecs. A few years ago this very pretty latino girl I worked with poked me in th eabs when she was making a joke and made a face and said "Marc, Your abs are rock hard!",,,,Also lasat year I saw another girl at a mini-mart going home right after lifting at Golds, had on a beater, baskeball shorts, baseball cap etc. We said Hi and I apologized for looking like a gym-rat. She later mentioned to a few people at work how muscular I was, she didn't know I worked out,,, I heard through the grapevine. When I was skinny as a rail I dated some very pretty girls who liked that skinny rock n' roller look though...

I don't think I've gotten laid more since I started working out seriously about two years ago. I do get compliments now and then, and it sure as hell feels nice when people notice it... even if it's just a little faggot in the gym that throws you a compliment and you falcon punch the bastard in the stomach for being a gay. Working out just makes you feel good about yourself.

I think the biggest benefit to working out for me has been that as I built my body up, it gave me the confidence to build up other areas of much life... which is really what's opened doors for me in terms of women.

Not really more or less attention.
The only thing different is if you can get to the point where you guys are making physical contact. Say dancing, or even hugging or w/e. I've had girls hit me in the stomach, and when they felt how hard it was the look the girl gave me was priceless. Same with arms, shoulders and butt.
but as far as girls noticing? No caause I don't dress like a douche with tight shirts that don't fit and **** either.

im just getting to the phase where i am getting noticed and girls (who i already know) are saying that i have blown up. now I'm only 165, so i cant imagine the reactions some of you lean 185+ pounders get.

I will tell you this, exercise and eat as much as possible. If you eat plenty of food, and exercise as much as often you will get bigger and leaner.
I used to work out 2-3 body parts a day early. Later at night, go either sprinting or running. Next day was off from lifting. 30-40 minute run in the morning. Try and go for a nice 30 minute walk after work. Then when I get home I used rubber bands to go through a few sets easy work for my muscles I worked yesterday. That will help your recovery and density TREMENDOUSLY. Then at night time, a little HIIT.
