Based on some of the threads I have read through I think I may be a medical miracle.
Last Friday- I ate a carb after 9pm and didnt die
saturday- i ate more than 50g of protein in one sitting and didn't explode
sunday- I had a whey shake instead of casien before bed and I didn't starve during the night
monday-I ate an almond with the skin and didn't gain 10 lbs
Tuesday- I ate a steak with a potato (in the same meal both protein and carbs!) and my body didn't shut down
Wednesday- I didn't eat any PB and I was still able to somehow fullfil my macros and caloric intake.
How should I defy death today?

"I don't believe in following any one training style. I couldn't tell what DC or H.I.T. or FST-7 entail. I have no clue and really don't give a ****. I go to the gym to train hard. I don't need to follow a ****ing "program" to do that." - Evan Centopani

Absolutely. At your weight all you should be doing is eating man
I know what you're saying alot of knobs on here get carried away with what they think the perfect diet is, thats why I never return to a thead after I have posted in it. I couldn't be bothered having an argument with a 150lb moron on an ego trip from halfway across the world.
However, take the above advice and eat anything you can get your hands on as often as possible! If you put on a little too much fat deal with it later.
