A) I heard taking it with carbs is going to have a better effect on you. I mix it with a scoop of lemon-lime gatorade and find that it works WAY better. Anyone else do this?
B) Like ten minutes after I take it, I have to take a crap REALLY bad... is that normal? It never fails. I can't find any cause for this.

A couple Q's about White Flood...
I'm that guy who gets too in to his music at the gym and starts singing and playing the leg drums without even realizing wtf I'm doing.

For the sensitive stomach, we recommend trying a solid food carb snack (rice cake / granola bar) with the White FLOOD.... or try consuming the White FLOOD over a more extended period of time during training.

yea i get that "****" taking feeling every now and then too. I lowered to 1 scoop and it really hasnt made much of a difference. of course I added GG to it, but im gonna try your tip with the gatorade in it. But your not the only one who has stomach discomfort.

I eat a granola bar with it every time too, and generally an hour or two after my most recent meal. It's not like it upsets my stomach... it literally makes me have to take a normal ****. I know that's a little bit awkward sounding, but I was really curious if it was a normal feeling.
It's an awesome product overall and it's not like this "side effect" even bothers me... it's just weird.I'm that guy who gets too in to his music at the gym and starts singing and playing the leg drums without even realizing wtf I'm doing.
