A) I heard taking it with carbs is going to have a better effect on you. I mix it with a scoop of lemon-lime gatorade and find that it works WAY better. Anyone else do this?
B) Like ten minutes after I take it, I have to take a crap REALLY bad... is that normal? It never fails. I can't find any cause for this.

yea i get that "****" taking feeling every now and then too. I lowered to 1 scoop and it really hasnt made much of a difference. of course I added GG to it, but im gonna try your tip with the gatorade in it. But your not the only one who has stomach discomfort.

does the amount of water have an affect on your stomach too? I try and only use like 8-10 ounces mixed with green mag just so i can get my GG down and then I fill up 34 ounce bottle with my scoop of PW. Is that an ok way of doing it or not? sorry for the hijack!Originally Posted by pu12en12g

I eat a granola bar with it every time too, and generally an hour or two after my most recent meal. It's not like it upsets my stomach... it literally makes me have to take a normal ****. I know that's a little bit awkward sounding, but I was really curious if it was a normal feeling.

the same thing happens to me. i believe its from the caffeine, since caffeine is a diuretic
