    I need to gain weight

    Its probably bit unusual, but after observing myself I decided that I need more weight. As its all about losing weight I am posting it as new topic. And I lifting dumbbells every two days or so that means I do not want just eat random stuff. And am am really losing too much weight during that, never was fat in first place. Please give healthy offers thanks. Ofc. I do not fell hungry or sth. I eat until I am really full.

    Set protein at 0.8g and fat at 0.4g per lb bodyweight as a minimum

    Follow a decent progressive resistance programme like stomglifts5x5, starting strength, fierce 5

    Gaining weight is not an unusual goal

    It basically means once you have your main macros met (protein and fats as above) and have a widely nutritious diet, then eat what you want.

    To get your calories in, if you're a hard gainer / low appetite you may want calorie dense foods like ice cream or whatever you like and that's fine

    Start "being hungry" and start eating more peanut butter.
