when i do have a strict diet i tend to binge after awhile so thats not good

The reason for the binge is beacuse you are cutting your cals so much that you then become SOO hungry..that's the problem...
Eating clean foods is the way to get results.. boxed foods/processed foods are not that beneficial to your body.
You should be eating lean proteins: chicken ,tuna, tilapia..etc, eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese. Complex carbs: oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc. Healthy Fats: olive oil, Flaxseed oil, macadamian nut oil, seasme oil, natty peanut butter, almonds and nuts.. everything in moderation. VEGETABLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know you sid that you "don't" have these things ..but it might be time to go out and buy them. Your diet is one of the most important things in order to get results.. if you are training and not eating correctly then you will not see the results you should. I'm suer your parents wuoldn't mind picking up some healthy food for you.
Read some articles on bb.com about nutrition etc and there are more lists of "clean" food that you can look at.
