i been lifting weights alll summer, with 2 days rest after working out for 2 days..
i hear that it is good to take a week off every couple months or so?
im thinkin about taking the week off...my question here is, will i lose any size?
exactly how long does it take for muscle to start fading away? i feel a bit smaller than usual lol, but is that just a mental thing? or is it really starting to fade away?
thanks in advance

and dont lift, no matter your urge, just take the week off, it'll seem strange that you're not lifting on your regular schedule but do it.
you're not going to lose and strength or muscle, if you've lifted right, you'll come back stronger.Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre
