    Just discovered the cutting snack of the gods

    Plain greek yogurt plus zero calorie sweetener and cinnamon. Its 120 calories per cup with 23g protein, and if you add protein powder.....hnnnnnggggg. Tied with microwaved tuna for my favorite cutting snack right now

    I wouldnt say it tastes like chicken, but if u add lemon juice it definately loses the fishy taste. Wouldrecomend/10

    OP make sure you stick with nonfat greek yogurt, the regular stuff is high on saturated fats (bad kind)
