    I think a football player would be able to take a punch for awhile and then be able to just tackle the guy and whail on him.

    well...

    i have a torn ligament/tendant in my groin, it totally blows dude. way worse than groin pulls and ive had it since early november of '11. and from doctors "its not a hernia" or "its not a pelvic tear" no one knew. finally i linked it to a ligament/tendant thru a workout physician. he said to ice it, i was afraid to but its helping ALOT. i can feel the ligament/tendant pulsating for blood. its making it feel awesome actually. feel like i can walk but i better not just incase lol!

    so my point is, its good for groin issues, ive heard it multiple times and known people who have done it. its also good for heavy workouts, sends your body thru a cold shock and nutrients force feed the muscles, hence BIG MUSCLES

    id say its worth it, an easy natural way to elevate test levels
