Diet Help!
Wuts up guys...i need some help here with my diet...im trying to put on some size but trying to keep it very lean...any and all suggestions please!
Currently 167 10% body fat
Meal 1- Half cup oatmeal, 3 whole eggs, 3 egg white, 5g glutamine, 5g bcaa
Meals 2-6- 16oz chicken breast, 8oz 90% lean ground beef, 3-4 cups broccoli
Meal 7- 40g whey blend, 5g glut, 5g bcaa, Fiber, ZMA
2 tablespoons flax oil with 2 of the meals
During the day snack on 2oz almonds
Preworkout-noshotgun
During-sip on 5g glutamine, 5g bcaa
Postworkout-30g whey blend, 30g waximaize, 5g glutamine, 5g bcaa
Macros- 300g protein, 80g carb, 110g fat
