Pec Bouncers' Thread
This is the thread for pec bouncers... or people into pec bouncing. Post videos, how you learned to pec bounce, or whatever. Personally, it's one of my favorite techniques I picked up bodybuilding.

FYI: Did you no you can make a supplement in America without it being tested? All it has to pass are the ingredients have to be legal in the USA, but other then that, you can put **** in your supplement you make and cover it up by using the term "propriety blend". which could mean you could only just be taking a pill that is filled with rice flour, but says "closest thing to anabolic steroids!".
So in these terms... who wants to start up a million dollar profit supplement industry with me?

It's actually kinda annoying to me. When I first learned how to do it, I was obsessed. Now my chest twitches and bounces on its own in spasms all the time, especially when I'm listening to music with a good drum line. Bugs the hell outta me.

dude it takes a lot of practice believe it or not. Everytime I get out of the shower i had to practice flexing one pec at a time. When i finally got it i could do it real slow. Now i can do it hecka fast. I agree it is very fun, especially to the beat of a song

I figures out how by using my arms to flex my chest. Then I just learned the muscle concentration.

annoys the hell outta me but after a good chest workout i like to do it in the mirror at the gym and watch the little kids stare

Mine just do it whenever they fell like. I'll be talking to someone at school or something and my chest'll jump and they stop mid sentence and be like "Wtf was that" and I don't even notice. Haha, I know what you're talking about on flyes though. My lifting buddy's chest looks like jello when he's doing flyes, it quivers and twitches so much.
