Pain in upper neck, connector area.
Monday I was doing a leg press burnout set, pushing it way hard and hit 50 reps, at 46 I had started to feel a pain in my neck but was too into the set to stop. After I rolled off a sharp pain shot up through the top area of my neck to my head and I had a bad headache. Yesterday I had thought it went away when during my second set of benching, which was light(205) the neck pain returned again. And today when I was doing abbs with minimal resistance the pain came back strongly. I'm an idiot when it comes to knowing what injuries are, as my form is always good and I've only had one other injury so I need some help figuring out what I should do. I can't afford to miss fridays back workout.
