raw almond butter or no salt peanut butter?

I have been told that almond butter (raw) is better for me to eat, but I am torn as I like the no salt all natural peanut butter. Currently I switch back and forth between the two, is there a better one I should stick to, or a different brand?

No harm in changing it up.

I eat both daily - I actually prefer Almond Butter - plus it has less carbs, but its pretty expensive here and I get my PB cheap in bulk, so it makes sense for me to interchange!

Almond butter (or any other REAL nut) is immensily better for you than peanuts in any form.]

I usually get roasted almonds butter (only ingredient) as well as cashew butter as a nice change of pace. Peanuts are dead to me.

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.
