Good day all....
Well, couldn't find the 'bluster/bragging' sub-forum so here I am.
As of last week my arms have reached the glorious measurement of 16".
HA!
Sometime ago I was joking with a few here who shared the exact same goal but I forget who they were.
Hope you all have achieved the same or surpassed me.
I'm pooped from chest/bis so best of DOMS to the forum.
Later all....

Well hell...I don't have a clue as to what is 'correct' but I measured mine again after my workout today.
But, I have measured them other times and the measurment was not very different...jus barely smaller if anything at all.
So, maybe it doesn't matter when they are measure.
I'll let the pros comment further.
Thanks for the comments everyone.....I'm off to '18" '....next decade, that is.USMC: 1965-1969

Mine are 18.75 right now or right after doing arms... up from 18.5 just a month ago... I always measure mine flexed around the peaked (my "peak" is more like the Appalachians rather than the Rockies, though... LOL) part of the bicep as straight around the arm as possible.
Congrats on reaching your goal!!Paul

Good job!
No brain, no gain.

I know, I've been remiss by not providing some pics by this time.
Ok...I WILL be a manly sort, get my **** together and overcome my embarrassment of putting up pics of myself.
When I started this process I had 13 3/4 " arms....after a good workout!
Thanks to everyone for the comments....it does help us to stay motivated when others of like minds (great minds?) recognize one's efforts.
Tonight....the back gets tortured and maybe tris too if I can hold up.
A great weekend and many DOMS to all....USMC: 1965-1969
