I just want to ask all of you if I have overtrained and what I should do to recover. Over the past month, I have felt physically and mentally out of whack. I have muscle aches especially in my hamstrings and glutes. My lifts have dropped in weight by 20lbs. I get dizzy spells at times and a ringing in my right ear. I also get depression and a loss of appetite.
Any suggestions?

Several questions: How long have you been working out? Is it consistent? What's your routine like? How's your daily nutritional intake? Are you eating enough? Drinking enough water? Any supplements? These might be some questions other posters here might need to know to help.
Just from reading your post, it sounds like you need to take a break or start deloading. Maybe change your routine slightly.

I have been working out for a few years now. My routine is cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon. I try to stay consistent but I have miss a day or two over this month. I try to work out 5 to 6 days a week. As for enough to eat or drink, I think I am but I'm not really sure.

You may want to make an appointment with your doctor. That's probably what I would do to start off with considering your symptoms. If everything checks out okay, than I would recommend what I stated in my previous post. Maybe some massage therapy can help too. Are you going through some abnormal stressful times? Sometimes stress can really do a number on your physical and mental health.
