Can u tell a diffrence? just curios :\..i know i shouldnt do such quick pics like this i should atleast do 20-30 lbs.. but im really eager to get down to 225-250

If you are lifting or running today, definitely go with some complex carbs, like pasta, get some grains, and maybe even some lean meat.
If you are not training, stay away form preservative-filled foods, like chips, cookies, basically anything that comes in a bag or resealable package.
Eat some lean meat, like ham, turkey, and make sure you get your vegtables and fruits in. You may not like the meal, but remember.
Your body doesn't care what you ate yesterday. And always keep the final goal in sight. By next summer you will want to take off your shirt at the beach. Keep that goal in sight, both when you are training and dieting.1855

if your cutting watch any type of creams, such as salad dressings, cream in coffee, etc. basically just everything you eat, think before you put it in your mouth, or before you make it.. its always tricky to think before u eat, but.. most of the time u can be like " no.. this is bad for me " and go make something else..

arite thanks guys, all the information i got off this site and members of it is really helpin, i just have a real big problom....seein like..pizza rolls or pizza bagels in the freezer (what i used to eat all the time) and like OMFG i want em'..and then i don't eat them and eat like a chicken breast it sukzz lol..but im detirmined!

ya man i;ve been big all my life..i'm like..5'7 5'8..i really wanna see my self at liek 200 225..i have alot of muscle on me and i have a wide shoulder base i think i'll look like a beast :P..but ya i gotta go watch cement DRY!..for my job today..stupid kids write in it.. wish i had a labtop..lol..Shedding weight..

Just ignore the "good" food, like pizza rolls, ice cream, chocolate chips, etc. What and lot of people do wrong is they think that we are made to eat food and that's all we're supposed to do. You look better around the chest area. Do yourself a favor, keep your shirt on and don't take another pic or look into the mirror until you lose 20 lbs. (Easier said than done.) This way you won't get frustrated with your results. Btw you're going to be the last person to notice your fat shredding away since you see yourself all day. You'll know when friends/family members compliment you.

I know where you are comming from man. im 6'3"-6'4" and 304. i was 322. Losing is a slooooow process esp. if you are trying to eat enough while lifting. Keep up the work man. I can see progress.

THanks alot..man i can't run for **** i got asthma and i freaken smoke..trust me i've been trying to stop..but honestly whats weird is my breath is still there..it's my legs that give out before my breath does..i usally just do a fast pace walk 10-30min after a workout or..on a break day.
