Great job man. Istarted at 270ish when I first started working out, then got down to about 183 and then built up from there. I'm 208 right now. PM me if you want any advice or anything. It's so awesome to see people like you wantin' to change their lives so drastically, especially since I've been there. God bless you, bro.

Definitely lost some fat around the chest area. Keep up the hard work, looks like you have a good bit of muscle under there too.
