Is the cee all it is cracked up to be supplement companies? Does anyone notice all the differences that the supplement companies state?

read that thread. a lot more of the CEE turns into creatinine instead of creatine.. therefore less effective

I like how everyone talks about no bloat with CEE, most likely because it isn't doing anything in the first place. I use either mono or universal storm when I do add in creatine.
I do not discriminate against different aminos. I love all aminos equally.

Mono is tried and true. Yes some people do not respond to mono due to there muscles are already as saturated as theyre gonna get and adding more creatine isnt gonna do anything, but there are lots of studies out that prove that creatine does help the body produce more ATP and other positive benefits related to strength and muscle mass. Stick with the tried and true mono. Get the Micronized mono also (creapure), supposedly more of it will be asborbed.
