number one is protein, lots of it, and usually whey. Then it's a tie between multivitamin and fish oils, then creatine which is a Huge staple that you should have. So yeah I'd put em in that order.

Many people I've seen rank multivitamins and/or fish oils as first on the list, but honestly I couldn't imagine weight training without my protein first thing in the morning, before and after workouts and at some times between a meal maybe. You can skip fish oils and multivitamins for a while and not notice anything. just my humble opinion.

good luck!

idk if i agree with this

protien is definetly very important but i wouldnt put it above carbs fruits and veggies and how many cals your getting

you can get 1000 grams of protien a day but if your not getting a well rounded diet its not gonna get you anywhere

multi's i think there is so much hype over them half the multis for sale you just **** out and the other half are way over dosed and dont really make a difference

from experience of using 1 multi a day using 2 a day and using none i cant say i have noticed any difference

i no longer take multi's if your getting enough fruits and veggies your gonna feel a lot better than you ever will from multi's anyway

creatine is a good supplement as long as you respond
although i dont think its any holy grail

fish oil i think is great

everthing is gonna come down to diet thats what you need above anything else

stick with whey protein, multi, fish oil and creatine
you can also add BCAA's if you can afford it

i recommend ON Whey or Dymatize, monohydrate (creapure), for ceatine and generic fish and multi
