i would forget about focusing on bicep peak until you get themd drastically bigger first in the first place. If you absolutely HAVE to focus on getting that peak, do your preachers at end of your bicep workout, but focus on the full ROM biceps workouts first. Personally though I would focus on your back width first since it seems to be a bit lacking. That will probably indirectly hit your biceps more than sufficiently. Also cut a bit on the fat. Your at a 17-20 range or so.

Agreed, I'd focus on compound lifts to get your overall size up first, and the biceps will come in time. Good progress so far though OP, keep up the hard work!

OP, note the lack of pictures from the negative guys looking to boost their own self esteem by putting your work down.

You're doing good, bigger than the average guy on the street, and more lean than him too

I am working towards cutting more fat from my body. My target is to drop 10 more lbs (mostly from belly area) I do work on back but I think you are right I need to put more time and work on my back. I posted and requested for comment and critics as I never had this type of biceps, I am happy with the progression but needed to get more info from others.

Thanks for all the info bro. I really appreciate.
