PH first time user!!
I would like to try my hands on PHs, I'm 20 yrs old (6 months from 21) and I'm stuck on my weight and actually going down since I've just started strong conditioning routines. I also got a weight gainer, but i thought maybe a PH product may help me gain weight, put muscle and keep up with conditioning.
So i wanna know if you guys can recommend a good Ph product!

If you are doing a lot of conditioning routines then I would stay away from them until you can put all your effort into muscle building routines.
They are not miracle supps, and you shouldn't expect to put on 10lbs of lean muscle in only 4-6 weeks.
With conditioning exercises you will need to eat 1.5x what you are eating now to maintain the muscle you have. A PH is not going to help you do that!
Do your research and learn more about them before you jump into anything.
I am not trying to talk you out of it, but I think you should just wait until you can truly devote yourself to doing it.

I didn't say i expected to put on 10lbs of muscle in 4-6 weeks man, no need for the lecture and yeah i increased my caloric intake for quite a bit, i seriously don't have time to count them as of now, because I'm always active and i considered this thread a part of my research...since its always good to find out what people that have used them think about them...
Also i don't know what you mean by "truly devote yourself to doing it" so please explain yoursel

Well right now I'm training with a soccer team in the morning for two hours, you know they make us run, do drills with cones, sprints, drills with the ball...all part of soccer conditioning!
Now this is something I'm just starting for a few weeks....It's sort of a self-trained MMA program....
i do 3 five minute rounds of 5 different exercises,
jump rope, heavy bag drills (punches, knees, kicks), also i would run holding medicine balls, i do drills that i don't know their names but are very effective too, mostly do high heart rate activity for 5 straight minutes i hope you know what i mean
Oh and for my weight training routine I've now changed it and do supersets like this
monday/thursday: Arms
Tuesday/Friday: back and shoulders
Wensday: Chest
Saturday Legs

A little bit extra support - i know it wouldn't do a huge amount, but good to stack with a PCT.

Mon: Chest/tris
Tues: Back/bis
wed: off
Thurs: legs
Fri: shoulders/traps
Rep/set range 2 x 4-8.
Up cals seeing as though you doing ALOT of cardio based work.

start eating higher calorie foods
if you cant eat as much throughout the day make sure the meals you are eating count
a PH is not what you need at this time you can make a lot of progress naturally just up your cals your gonna have to sacrifice nice abs for a while to gain weight

no offense dude but it doesn't really sound like you have a real grasp on what your training and diet is and should be, let alone ph's. you should just stick to upping the calories by alot more and devise a serious weight training routine. try whey protein, creatine mono, and stuff like that first. most ph's are pretty serious and if you don't know what you're doing, you could really mess yourself up. (no lecture)

I really don't mind the work plus I think my body has gotten used to the "one-body-part-per-week" routine.....plus i do only supersets now and that helps the conditioning in my muscles....the reason why I'm obsesses with conditioning is because I'm fight traning which is different from what most ppl here in BB.com do!
I up my cals slowly but in the last 2 weeks i've dropped a couple of pounds, I look ripped though, which is not my concern anyway! Lbs are, I wanna get to 165 withouth having to sacrifice 4 months of conditioning training!

Bro, I'm not new to BB I've been lifting serious for more than 2 years (emphasis on serious, i used to count calories/protein/carbs/fat) I use whey isolate, casein, creatine, NO, a multi vitamin, I used to use T-bomb from MHP, but with time it stopped doing anything....Trust me I've grown a lot since I started doing this, but I think I've come to a point where putting lbs of muscle is harder! That's why I was thinking of adding JW or H-drol to my stack you know

Exactly, I wanna put the lbs before I actually start booking fights, I wanna fight at 155 but most people that fight at 155 cut from around 170 to 155 just for the weigh ins you know....I don't wanna be 15 lbs lighter than the person I'm fighting, because I'm not experienced in fighting and size would be a factor!

i would say its a toss up between 3-ad or h-drol. 3-ad if you want to bulk up a bit, and h-drol if you want to stay on the leaner side.

eat half a large jar of peanutbutter a day along with your other foods and see where that gets you
as much as you would like to say your upping cals and everything the bottom line is if you are losing weight then your not getting enough cals
read theone787's first post that is the best advice so far

I don't want to sound rude, but when you post that you are a first time PH user and need help with a PH, it usually means you have done little to no research.
Most first timers think PH's are also miracle drugs that make you put on muscle the same way anabolics do.
I mean truly devote yourself by trying to put on muscle mass, and doing heavy conditioning work is not very effective in putting on good lean mass. So I meant that you should not use a PH until you stop with the hardcore conditioning!
If I was to recommend one for you, since that seems to be what you want, then I would recommend a low dose Bold cycle for 6 weeks.

yeah the peanut butter is a good idea, since its easy to eat and has a lot of cals, and i know the reason of my losing weight is that my intake isn't enough, also i have a extremely high metabolism, I sweat and urinate a hell lot that makes it more difficult!
