I currently use Healthy 'N Fit 100% Egg Protein. I just ran out and decided to order Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Natural Whey Protein since it is the best seller.
But I was comparing the Amino Acid Profiles of the two online and it seems that the Egg Protein has higher counts of amino acids. Is this true and why?
I thought I was buying a better protein by getting ON instead, but am I wrong?

BTW, I take my protein powder once in the morning and once at night, right after I exercise.
